You ARE Good Enough

There is an enemy on the loose and we must watch out for him because he seeks to destroy us.

God’s anointed find him at their doorstep looking to disrupt their lives, cause chaos and destroy any who will let him.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Ephesians 6:12)

A sure truth is that the enemy is relentless. He will stop at nothing to destroy you, your household, your relationship with God or the ministry God has placed in your life.

How many times in your walk with Christ have you heard the devil whisper, “You’re not going to make it”, “God doesn’t love you”, “If He was coming to help you like he said He would, He would have already done so”, “You’re not strong enough to get through this trial”, “You’ve done something wrong”, “God is mad at you”, “You’re nowhere near where you need to be in your walk with Christ”, “You’re not good enough”?

You’re not good enough was a statement devised by a serpent in the pits of hell.

I’m here to tell you, you are good enough! The Word of God says you’re good enough! We are made good enough by the blood of Jesus Christ!

The devil says, God isn’t going to heal you. He’s been saying He would for so long now. If He were going to heal you, He would have done it already. You can’t trust what God is telling you.

God says, Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. (Proverbs 3:5-6)

The devil says, nothing is going right in your life. You don’t have enough money to cover your bills. You and your family will be out on the streets. Fear will be your end.

God says, Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you. (Isaiah 35:4)

The devil says, All hope is lost. You don’t have the strength to withstand. The Lord isn’t with you, or you wouldn’t be going through this. This trial wouldn’t be so hard. You cannot stand any longer.

God says, Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. (Isaiah 41:10)

The devil will bring on guilt, bring up past sins, condemn you and make you believe that He will not forgive you again.

God’s Word says, Who is a God like unto thee, that pardonsiniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? He retains not his anger forever, because he delights in mercy. He will turn again; he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and He will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. (Micah 7:18-19)

He has you question your dedication.

You’ve fallen back on your dedication. Look at how others are being blessed but not you. You must have really angered God this time. It won’t do any good to repent because He is upset with you. How are you going to help others if you can’t help yourself.

He has you question your faith.

He didn’t move for you because of your prayers. It was because of the prayers of others. It’s been so long since He told you He was coming to help you, heal you, bless you, change your situations. He’s not coming because you have done something wrong. You don’t deserve God’s help.

He will stop at nothing to make you feel less than, lost, depressed, oppressed, fearful, hopeless, anxious, sad.

James 4:7 says, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Tell that snake to go on. Pack up your scales and go. You have no power over me.

Don’t let that lizard lead your mind into ruin. Give everything to God.

How is it possible to overcome the devil and all his mischief?

Luke 10:19 says, Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

The Bible says, We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed. (2 Corinthians 4:8-9)

Jesus has made us worthy! He has made you fit to serve Him boldly in righteousness. We are worthy through His grace, salvation, righteousness, spirit. We are worthy through Him.

You are fearfully made! One with Christ, forgiven, bought with a price.

Never let the enemy tell you, you’re not good enough because Jesus’ finished work on the cross says you ARE!
